What:  Living Healthy, Happy and Green Sustainability Block Party

When:  Saturday, October 22 through Sunday, October 23, 2011

Where:  Bennett Street Design District in Buckhead, Atlanta NW, GA, proposed street closings include Bennett Street, Tula Street, and Bratton Street Time: 11am-7pm - Rain or Shine (set-up 5am-10am for above stated dates)

Deadline for sponsors, exhibitors, concessions, partners and entertainment agreements: Sept 15, 2011 and late deadline is Oct 15, 2011 

Living Healthy, Happy and Green (LHHG) Non Profit Corp is pleased to introduce the first Annual two-day LHHG Sustainability Block Party, which will offer a multi-sensory artistic experience including, but not limited to, visual and performing arts, live musical performances, cuisine-related activities, humanitarian programs, sustainability and green services and merchandise for its attendees on Oct. 23 - 24, 2011 from 11am-7pm.

This is the agenda for the event:

Visual and Performing Art Exhibitions - showcasing various styles of artwork, community historical displays, culturally diverse performances and live music such as root music.

Main Stage Musical Performances - featuring PreK-12 student performances, opera, jazz, country, and root music that represent the community.

Demonstrations and Workshops - including cuisine-related activities, trunk shows featuring sustainable merchandise, eco-friendly arts and crafts projects.

Film Screenings – art-focused film styles featuring sustainability themes from various film genres such as drama, documentary, historical, adventure, comedy and animation.

Sustainability Awards Ceremony
- honoring sustainability leaders locally and worldwide.

Panels, Seminars, and Discussions
- featuring topics such as healthy body and mind, humanitarian efforts, relationships and communication, spiritual wellbeing, education and green careers, green economy, sustainable inventions and innovations, and greening your environment.

Vendors &
Food Concessions - focusing on sustainable products, produce, merchandise, innovations, and services for every age.
