A: Because Artspire is a program of the new York Foundation for the Arts, a 40-year old not-for-profit organization, donations made to Artist projects or Emerging Organizations through Artspire are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Q: What are the advantages of making payments online?
A: Making payments online is safe, easy and allows the artist to access funds immediately. In addition, though your donation is made online, you will still receive a tax donation letter you can use for your tax records.
